Don't expect to see a similar revolutionary new look from Yahoo as when USA Today revamped its site and newspaper in September. It took me some time to notice Yahoo had changed, and I go to the site nearly every day. In a few months, we'll be able to tell whether these tweaks are enough to bring about the shift in revenue that Mayer seeks.
